Yeah we have that issue going on too. Manager has been telling me to do something a specific way for the last 2 years, then the big boss comes in and tells me to do it differently but not in a more efficient way, only to save more money which in turn makes things worse.
For instance, customer orders a pot of green tea; manager has up until this point told us to boil the hot water urn prior to making a pot of tea. Boss comes in the other day and tells me off for boiling the hot water urn, saying that it doesn't need it then I make the pot of tea for the customer who then complains that it isn't hot enough.

* for everything that happens while I am there. One of the workers who doesn't speak English well keeps taking the table numbers off the tables beforenthe order is finished and yet somehow I get the blame for that.
