Even though the Elemental Wings are worth as much as a Level Four item, that alone wouldn't get somebody "promoted" to Level Four. The crew gets a lot more picky when it comes to letting people into Levels Four & Five. However, in light of your past donations plus your Elemental Wings donation, your level status has been raised to Level Four 3nodding

Also -- just to inform you -- your "level status" in the guild has been raised to Level Three. In other words, because of the size of your donations, you're allowed to check out items from Level Three (items worth between 16k and 30k), or items from any of the lower levels.
