I seriously thought one got lost at my friend's house after I took them out and stayed the night there, and then the other one was simply misplaced. Dunno how they got into the shaving bag, though, that's totally beyond me.
I'm gonna wear these tomorrow and show everybody how awesome they are. Go me!

I found this kick-a** set of earings that I thought I'd lost in my dad's shaving case. Dunno why they were in there, as I thought one of them was in my best friend's bedroom somewhere. I'll see if I can get a picture, cause in order to get them in, you have to pull them through on this little chain and it hurts a little but they are so full of win that I don't mind the itty hurt and you don't see these kinds of earings very often and DAMN are they cool looking. They have dragonflies on them!

Huh. I've never heard of people doing that before, but I'm sure it would be interesting to do so, just so long as I wouldn't end up driving through a desert again. My chapstick melted last time and it was unpleasant.

Alabama's also absolutely gorgeous, though the humidity is killer and not in the good way.
Was this a planned thing or did your parents just go, "Hey, Mem, we wanna move to the US. Pack your bags, we're leaving in an hour." (or something similar).

Well, it's not the south, but the Oregon mountains are very pretty this time of year, and Hawaii's great year-round. Ew on SoCal though.
