They are very smart. They can also squeeze through really small spaces, which to me, is cooler. The fire just illuminates my awesomeness and you are so right about the faun. It looks like some freakish hellbeast that entices young children into its lair with the promise of gifts.

That's both a fitting and realistic punchline. We found a baby giant pacific octopus when I went on the research vessel trip. It kept trying to escape the tub we put it in and it was beyond awesome. The leading scientist on the giant pacific octopus works out of the Seattle Aquarium, so that would be cool and I do so love the cephalopods.

It goes...and goes some more. There hasn't been much luck so far, but my family's on vacation so my dad can't press me on it for awhile. Did the school job not work out?

California is exactly what everyone thinks it it. Surfers, people in power suits, and girls with blonde hair that is strikingly unnatural. I don't like LA very much. People here aren't really friendly and everything is fake. It is good to know that I don't top Jason's list of annoyances. My brother's a type A lawyer who tends to think he's above most everyone so he's real bossy and Jason doesn't take it well.

I hear you have traveled long and far into the deserts of the southern U.S. How are you liking it? I'm surprised you went out in the summer, especially since it's supposedly record June heat this year. I'm in LA trying to keep Jason from murdering my brother in his new house. Apparently the only person Jason finds more irritating than me is my older sibling.
