Yep, I got more money this year from my hongbaos, only because my aunt upped the amount in the ones she gave us. xD My parents split the usual amount they give into two packets this year cause they were giving one on the behalf of my grandma, so it was like two steps forward, one step back. :X But they'll cover my textbook expenses for next semester nicely, so I'm not complaining.
Lawls. With friends like you, who needs earplugs? XD
I guess we all need to read trash *cough*twilight*cough* once in a while. It reminds us to appreciate what's not trash. xD
On the aside, I was feeding your Valenth pet for like twenty times in a row, but nothing happened to it. *peers* What does it actually do? XD

Hurhur, it's okay, I understand that feeling.
Hee, red packets~ My family had the reunion dinner too, only we started so late (liek, 11pm, cause my dad had to work and then something cropped up) we ended up finishing on CNY itself, lawls.
And well, since I don't earn the monies right now, I don't have an excuse not to help out and I really do want to save my ears this time round, so. razz
Haha, that's a lucky find! I will have no such surprises in my bookcase though; most of the books my family own are chosen by me anyway, cause my dad doesn't read and my mom only reads Chinese thriller novels. Oh well, there's always the library and Google <3
And I hereby help Imppy say 'Oops' to his double post. xD
