Jervis launched himself away horrified, unable to comprehend what he was feeling, that closeness, a subtle tingle that left his limbs numb... Quickly he changed the subject, "--I'm waiting for Batgirl, after she posts I will..." he uttered casually brushing himself off, only to turn and stare wide eyed in confusion at the felonious thief, and her new 'looks' "--W-Why are you dressed like Alice? You're such a tease Miss Kyle...tormenting poor Jervis like this, it's rather uncouth..." it was no secret the feelings the Bat and Cat had for one another... And he certainly had no desire to slip up and break his face on the heroes fist, over some illusion... After a moment however he'd readdress himself, manners kicking in, "--You look nice though..."he lied, she looked good enough to eat...

Hmm, I'll probably be banned for partially falsifying my birth date, -shrugs- this happened, me opening this account, back when I was young and stupid and thought I could only have one profile on Gaia, so I kept the year the same just changed the birthday dates... Besides I thought certain dates were more fitting for different characters.lol so now you know the truth... And so does the rest of the world smile

Two-Face's latest prison escape had been rather uneventful, and had made him wonder. A less experienced Batman had locked him up last time. Maybe the real Bat really had flown the coop. Harvey knew Selina and the Bat's history was a strange one, so he wondered what she would try to get out of them. "What's the story now, kitty cat? We run and gun, painting the town crimson? Or do we bring everyone to their knees? Choices, choices." He still kept his pistol out, even with Catwoman draped around him. Couldn't be too careful with her.

Oswald had once loathed his nickname, something coined by bullies in the schoolyard, and so depending on who used it, and to what end it did appear insulting, it wasn't later until he adopted the name to fulfill his criminal career, now days... the days of happy (albeit b.s.ed) retirement as owner of the Iceberg Lounge, he used it as a novelty, everyone in Gotham... no matter how much they said they hated the gallery, secretly adored each and every one of them... well maybe not Joker... point was, they'd jump through fire if it meant being able to bump elbows with a former Gallery member in safe conditions. While he fussed over his beverage, doing so even if they were just driving across town, she spoke up, cooing sweetly in his direction, "Well now darling, at least you're being honest in what you want." and he'd add, "--I am almost always honest," he'd crack a smile there, and whether he was being serious or not, one could hardly ever know. He was always asking about the Bat, and why wouldn't he? Oswald couldn't help but feel a small pang of jealousy over the jaded romantic connection they shared, the fair Cat had always been the apple of his eye, but noting his lack of... well what most considered attractive qualities, he had moved onto greener pastures... had given up on his pursuit... not that he trusted her anyways, the newest paramour was a darling German deviant by the name of Leitha... and he couldn't have been happier. And then she spoke, drawing his attention further, "Criminal? Maybe. Hero? Definitely not. If he even hears someone call him such, he simply ignores them. He claims what he does, is for the good of the city. What a crock. The good of the city? As if he owned it with his grandfathered wealth." all the while he could feel the smile budding there on his lips, all the way up until mention of wealth, oh... Oswald did have his suspisions over who the Batman was, not too many young wealthy, built bachelors in Gotham city... oh yes, he had his thoughts, "--His actions are not for the well being of its citizens, no, that's not it at all." After it all, Oswald was stunned into silence, brows raised under his brim as he sipped from the edge of the champagne glass, finally offering her a glass as well, "It isn't healthy, this lifestyle that he has taken on is slowly killing him. Corrupting him. Blinding him from needs of the many that need to be rescued to what needs to be handled with justice. He has lost his way. If hasn't completely lost his way in this life journey. He's on his way there now, by digging his own grave." "--Sounds like you love him?" it was a casual passing thought, but one he replied quite earnestly, the way she made it sound, as if she had been hurt by him, "Is there something you are fishing for darling?" and he'd shake his head, no, "--No, not any more..." there was a time when he had genuinely loved the Cat, when he would have burned the world down for her, done the unthinkable to grant her prized trinkets from around the world... now... now it was all just a novelty, just like his namesake... "--We're here," gulping down the rest of the bubbly, he'd let himself out, ridding himself of the conversation... all of it, though it had never been the Cats intention was much to painful to dwell on, "--So, how do you want to approach this?" he chirped, standing outside the large museum, gently tapping the tip of his umbrella against the wet ground...

Two-Face, fresh from Arkham, was waiting for his and Cobblepot's plans for Old Gotham to commence. He was waiting in the alleyway, so that he wouldn't be spotted so easily. The moon's light cast shadows, ones that hid his dark side from the street, but kept his clean side plainly viewed. Then he saw a shadow that made him jump slightly: pointy ears high above. Turning on the spot, Harvey produced his pair of .45s and aimed at the shadow's source. He was greeted with an empty rooftop. Harvey replaced his pistols inside his jacket. It wasn't until the sound of clicking heels behind him that he put two and two together. "Well well, if it ain't the Cat-b***h. Hate to break it to ya, doll," Dent said as he turned around to greet her, "But I ain't got nothin' to rob right yet."

d**k stayed silent. He paid full attention to Selina who was giving him advice. She noted the differences between him and Bruce, differences he himself didn't know of until now. One thing she made clear was the fact he was not Bruce Wayne. Of course she didn't say it like that. But he took it into that light. "And what about you? You say they have no morals... But you do," he assumed from her previous words saying the others out there weren't like her. He was curious as to what that meant. Was she on his side or theirs, or one entirely different? Maybe she meant that they were more dangerous than her. He truly didn't know, "I know what this job comes with. Believe me, I watched first hand."

Batman had turned to be met with a kiss to his cheek. It did catch him off guard actually he had to admit to himself. He could tell now that she also saw he was not Bruce. He wasn't the bitter Batman that other villains commented he should be. Most saw through it not being the original, others like Two-Face, and even Superman himself. Then again he had x-ray vision. He at first didn't know how to respond to her so instead of thinking Grayson would just talk. "So, you know? That I'm not him.." Grayson said a loud. "I don't plan on letting this cowl consume me. The moment it does is the moment I take it off." and he was serious. He never wanted to be anything like Bruce. To not be able to have a normal life outside of the cowl. It wasn't him. And it wasn't ever who he was going to be. Not because of a cloak and cowl of all things either.

His facial expression gave in to being serious again. It was obvious to him that Selina believed there was no way of changing for her. No turning back. It was the common excuse everyone used. It was a tired excuse. "We've all committed sins. Some bigger than others. No sin can outweigh any other however." he said sighed and looked off to the skyline she talked about just moments ago. "It's easy to turn over a new leaf if you're willing to at least try. The past will always be with you. I'm not saying it won't. I'm not even saying it won't be hard...But you can't let that determine whether you can change for the better. Be a better you. The choice was hers whether she would try. Whether she felt she could.

'Selina..' His mouth have began to open to ask Catwoman what had been wrong. But he stopped himself when she began talking instead. It seemed as if she was ready for a new purpose. Though he was unsure. Seeing her in this 'weak' moment was actually different. That and the tears she tried to hide that he couldn't help but see swell up in her eyes and the same ones she tried to wipe away as if she had something in her eyes. His face calmed no longer wearing the scowl Bruce wore. Instead d**k's face was understanding, it was the difference between himself and Bruce. Bruce didn't acknowledge emotions. d**k never mastered not knowing how to not. "There's still enough time for you to change as well. It's not too late." Batman assured her.

The younger Dark Knight was in fact the someone watching Selina. Making sure she was not up to anything out of the norms. Like robbing a jewelry store for something rare. When she spoke of what he wanted he would come from out of the shadows that he was hiding. "I'm needing you not to be about to something foolish that you'll regret."
