My name is Raina. I am in honors English but don't let that get your hopes up for an amazing essay, in my opinion i am a horrid writer. I hope that doesn't lower my bar too much for your help in my quest but I bet I'm wrong as always. I am a ninth grader and I'm in a special program for overachievers. This program is Science and Engineering, which is a wonderful program for math and computer programming. Mathh is my best and favorite subject. I am a Sikh which is one of the religions practiced mostly in India. In my religion there is only one god and I am proud to be what I am because being a Sikh and following the rules of the religion, means that you are an accepting, giving , and kind person. We have an old saying, which summarized would be: a high ranking rich person should not think so highly of themselves compared to a poor person. The rich man doesn't have milk in their veins while everyone else has blood flowing through their veins. We are all the same. That has always been my favorite saying but it sounds better in the language Punjabi.
My goal is to one day go to the college of my dreams, MIT. Once i get in i will get out. I hope to get a degree in computer programming and work for nintendo or a site like gaia. I want to be a computer programmer because my sister did her masters degree in computer science and her programs made me ooo and ahhh at the site of them. She once created a 3D pool game. It was absolutely amazing! I don't have much of a social life. Mostly, I talk to my friends on AIM and gaia. I don't play many sports and I study in my spare time. My hobbies are gaia, singing, studying, and watching television (I'm not a very active person.) My past is not very exciting. The only major thing that has happened was the loss of my sister when I was five. I loved her and one day i hope to be just like her!
Finally, I am writing this essay entry because I am questing for my dream avatar. It is 400,000 in gold. I have also gotten hacked twice. This is only one reason I want the gold though. The other reason is my best friend is also questing for one million gold. She is a very hard worker and I want to help her. She's my best friend. I love her and hope i can help. Thank you for reading my essay!
