My sister got me a DVD.. I collect Disney Movies and she got me Monsters Vs. Aliens
Which I haven't seen yet.. But hear it' good so that was my one and only present.
It is a good one especially since I wasn't expecting any presents at all.
So I'm happy. ^^

And yeah. The FIRST thing you want to learn is how to properly roll out of a jump or fall safely
You gotta understand that if you roll efficiently, all the impact that you would take on your legs would be dispersed all around your body
Rolling makes it so it goes around your body instead of taking it all on your legs
or you could be a baddass and take it on your legs and use your arms as shock absorbers
biggrin

Be brave.
My family is from Laos/Thailand
So muay thai and muay boran are in my culture
I saw american martial arts practices were too... weak and held back too much.
Martial arts trains your body to become a weapon.
Not self defense weapon. Not offensive weapon.
Just a weapon.

Martial artist like me went to tricking because we got bored of all the strict rules and disciplines in traditional martial arts
The tricking and martial art help with the flashiness of free running and knowing how to throw your weight.
We hate it when people say we're extreme martial artist. Because those people still have doors closed in their minds and always

Parkour is le 'art deplacement. The Art of Movement. Essentially that.
This will teach you how your body will react to all the jumps, falls, tumbles and recoveries.
It will also help you not get hurt will practicing the art.

Freerunning. The two arts combined.
You just have to be brave and attempt what you see
"Monkey see, monkey do"
