I'm not sure if there's another one but I was told tektek.org... Tell you what, to avoid any complications I'll give you an example of how to do it.

First make sure you did your dream avatar and you got the url. That would be under "code" after you finished up your avatar. Copy that.

While editing your profile. There are the options "View, Theme, Content[/b,Avatar, Caption, Picture, Text, and Save".
When you want to get a picture on your profile, click "picture" afterwards, click on the "URL" tab.

Past the "code" there.
You'll notice a bunch of "/image" and "/url"...guess what? You don't need it.
ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, remove anything after ".png" and anything before "http" REMEMBER, the right hand side...not the first "http" the 2nd one.

It should then look something like this: http://public5.tektek.org/img/av/1101/d02/0725/a79c563.png

How to add dream avatars? Well you get the HTML code from the site you got it from... go to the very right hand side of it after pasting it into "add picture" remove anything after ".png" and anything before "http" Remember, get the one on the very right hand side.
