"I'm not like Ash. When I have strong Pokemon, I don't ditch them in Oak's lab for weaker ones to start fresh. These Pokemon have been with me since Kanto. They're my best friends. I'm not going to leave them." With that said, Red adjusted his hat and packed a few Pokeballs into his bag.

"He needs to grow up. Honestly. Even Green's counterpart, Gary, who was an even bigger jerk, matured." Red sighed and let Smugleaf out. The small grass-'snake' Pokemon looked around and apparently saw nothing of interest, as it simply wandered off until Red returned it. "I think I'll stick with Saur for my grass type..."

"Yeah, sure. First badge, huh. Considering how long it takes him to do anything, just to lose at the Pokemon League, I'm not worried." Red grinned somewhat. "And the starter? I just took a Snivy. Gonna name him Smugleaf, since he's a grass type. ... And he's got that smug little look on his face."

Red waved goodbye to Oak, and followed Onyx. "I'm just here to defeat the Gyms and Elite Four. The pokedex can wait." Said Red. He had a lot of ground to cover, seeing as how a certain 'clone' was already miles ahead of him.

Red followed along, greeting Professor Oak as he usually did. His Pokedex was full up to Unova's opening section. Getting on the boat, he tried to distance himself from everyone, so he could think for a while. The solitude of Mt. Silver wasn't so bad. It was the cold of the place that killed him. For some reason, he was incapable of leaving the area. He'd always get lost and stumble back to the summit, even though he was heading always in the opposite direction. "I wonder... what's at the end of all of this?" He pondered out loud to himself. "When every Pokemon has been cataloged, what more to my life is there?"

alot of people wer telling me that katone is an upragded version of crystal
but i will not and will never believe that because crystal is PERFECT!

and gahh im sorry but silver im not really into lol but red <33 hes right the behind lucas ^^

i also like Eusine alot lol >.< im telling you its the cape lol

i think lucas is the cutest generation boy lol
if i was in a pokemon game with him id follow him everywhere lol
you know i havent seen anyone on gaia dress up as Eusine :/

honestly i didnt like dawn at first but i got used to her and liked her more
but i really dont think my eyes will adjust to katones big a** hat lo

And with that said, Red left. He came back a few hours, dressed in almost identical clothes, aside from his hat, which bore a black and gold circular medal with a lightning bolt engraved in gold down the center.[/color

if you ask me katone dosent really sense of johto style to me she looks more like diamond/pearl generation to me. and of course he had a thing for her i mean who wouldent blue hairs the shizz lol she has a thing for guys in capes xo Lance<3 lol
