My Background Story

I was once a mere mortal and feared death, until I met Death himself. He came to me in a weakened state. He wanted me to restore him to power by collecting souls. "You are the only one who can do this", he told me. " I will do it... for a price." "What?", asked Death. " I want power over death and decay", I said. "Fine", he replied.

Over the course of the next few years I collected thousands of souls. I finally collected enough souls four years later. I called for Death to come to me.

"Good", he said " I only need one more soul. "Who's?", I asked. "YOURS", He said with an evil laugh.

Next thing I knew I was laying on the ground in an unfamiliar place. Suddenly Death appeared in front of me. " Your wish has been granted", he said before disappearing. I was suddenly back in my home, but my face felt different. I looked in the mirror and the front of my face looked like a skull. All of the sudden I felt power well up inside me. I went out to the graveyard and brought forth an army of undead skeletons. "Yes", I said as I led my army to the city, knowing I was finally immortal.
