Damn it! Even that grin is like him. That settles it... Somehow something happened either before or after I opened the gate. But... does that mean that I somehow triggered and accidental human transmutation? That doesn't make any sense... none at all. But the proof is right here! Okay, so there has to be some other way to figure this out... *presses his left thumb and index finger against his closed eyelids and takes a deep breath, trying to rid himself of whatever strange hallucination his body came up with from his lack of sleep and condition* My mind's really playing tricks on me...

*slowly moves his hand away and opens his eyes again, frowning when he sees that Hoju is still standing where he was earlier* I don't even know what the hell I should be feeling right now. Is it because I'm heartless? No... I'm not... not really. The fact that there are only two weeks left must be getting to me...

I doubt that you were kidnapped. You probably hit your head... Or were sorta murdered and somehow revived as a human... and have a case of amnesia. It's not uncommon. And I don't recommend the military. You'll become another one of their dogs, held close by a short leash. You don't want that... And if they hear about another 'Elric,' especially one that looks like he's related will only bring up questions...

It's too much to be merely a coincidence, but there's no way in hell that this could be him. Envy's dead. I... killed him. If this is who Envy was before the attempted human transmutation then it means that he had died in the past. If he's here now like this, alive and breathing, it would have to mean that he was brought back to life. No, no... I'm over thinking things.

What exactly are you looking for? *continues to stare, one of his brows raised in confusion* I don't really know much about work around here. I'm only really familiar with the military since I'm a part of it. Oh, and the name's Edward E... Just Edward. So Hojo... Where'd you come from? Do you live near here?
