I'm terrified of children to be honest.
I wouldn't forget you!
Babies have this weird fascination with me, you know those people that little kids always look at and get all giggly at and hide behind their parents, or a baby looks at and starts cooing?
I'm one of those people; I am afraid of babies like I am spiders but little kids love me..
I need to get over that fear eventually though! ;p
How many kids do you both have?

Ketchikan only has about 70 miles of road, by the way.
Tiny place.

They probably were, if they took a cruise tour they probably went to all of the main ports.
We've got 6 towns that cruiseships visit when they tour here.
A lot of old town Ketchikan was built on docks, the docks have buildings on them like you might have saw in that photo.
This is a town where a lot of nature loving good air smelling dreamers seem to go.

You guys I think will do great here, quite frankly.
If you both apply yourselves enough to work then it pays off really well.
It rains a lot here, but when the clouds break and the sun shines on the ocean it's an incredibly heavenly view.

The major industries here are fishing, freight, and tourism.
Most people come here in the summer to look for jobs, most jobs in the summer pay about $13-15 with a GED.
Fishing and freight is a little more difficult to deal with but if you get the job of a deckhand on the boat, basically a boat janitor,
you can be promoted in time and have a pay that's divvied up pretty well and probably pays more than that of summer jobs on the dock.
South east Alaska is a bunch of islands.

Hahah, I am being very serious.
The air quality is somewhere at 96% non-polluted too, so people who smoke and people with lung problems like asthma tend to be at ease.
Jobs pay higher and work is more easy to find as well, with the one misfortune of properties and rental places being a whee more expensive, the views are worth it.
My family rents out a three bedroom house for $1600 monthly.

Who's your master?
I'm assuming they're always tired then as well.
South east Alaska is fairly warm, 70 degrees in the summer and down to 40-25 in the winter on average.

Just don't walk up to a cop and ask him for $25 for a baggy of "moss".
That probably won't go down too well.
