Yes, I have seen Conqueror of Shamballa. His pants are BLACK, the shoes are brown. The official toy is that way, the design documents are that way, and every fullbody picture I could find was that way. So your shoe color is off too. As to the hair there are more than just the one ponytail style, the Sleaze, Rough and the Cord come to mind. And if you didn't wish to use either of these then you should have chosen a style that had swept back hair, indicating that the hair was pulled back. You did not do this. You chose a short hair style that is just short on the sides, and gives no illusion of being swept back as Alphonse's hair is.
