Haha, I just recently got into SH back at the end of November. Got my first Silent Hill, SH2, last week. Beat it twice, on my third run through now. Plan on gettin' the first game next.

Yup! I just use photoshop to make tiled background, headers, and the big visual header, then implant those direct links into the code I already have. Sometimes I change the actual set up of the layout, and I just left towns like a second ago. D:

Thanks! Try going to towns with me, just hover over the world tab, then click towns. When it pops up, click Directory, then go to 5 Barton 001015. :3
And I hand code all the layouts I make. I don't go anywhere specific to make them.
