I don't know if you can...unless you buy then in someone's shop in the Marketplace. I'm pretty sure you can get things like that there.

lol, I can never hold on to cash for longer than a day. I almost have 2,000 again right now, but I plan on spending it as soon as it gets back up to 2,000

Posting on the Forums or Playing the games is the best way without buying Gaia Cash.

But if you buy Gaia Cash you can just use it to buy items worth a lot of gold and sell them (o.O Or maybe you can buy gold with Gaia Cash...I don't know, they put it in while I was gone XD I'll have to go check). I know you can get Gaia Cash Cards at Wal-Mart at least...

Or, you could just play games and post a lot...get really social. You get gold every time you post in the forums, comment on someone's profile, or vote in a poll in the forums, so the more you chat around, the more gold builds up before you even know it.

That is if you don't spend it really fast like me =/
