Idk it usually works well for me. I notice that when I have an empty friends list I get no posts.
And when I have a full one I get tons. Many will occur hours or days after the thread has gone dead.

The posts are for my Regdom.
The people on my list are so they can see my threads on the "My Gaia" page and I get tons of posts in every single one of my threads lol

Well key is to stay calm, you need to set in your mind that you want to do it and do it well
say that to yourself all through class and act pleasant about it, the fear practically dissolves
