Heishi, yeah I kind of do. I did a sport type course through university that dealt with exercise, weight training, fitness, physiology, anatomy, health etc etc. Plus I like to read a lot on the subject too, so I learnt most of my stuff through uni and books. Plus trial some of it myself, just need more motivation to do even more
