It is ridiculous. I found out there were people who were searching for terms like "closed" or "invisible" and bookmarking people's posts and going back and denying them invisibility 23 hours in. THAT'S JUST MEAN! That's what DOOM did to me on my first post that I thought had made it through. That's why I was so angry at him, because it was so mean spirited. People like that will get what's coming to them, and quite frankly, I feel sorry for them.

When you do make your posts (and I'd make several ... make a post, let it slide 1/2 way down, make another, 1/2 way, etc etc), say NOTHING that they can search for, either. No "closed" or "invisible" or "shh" or ANYTHING and that will help, too

I know. It's so selfish! I finally got it, this is what I did. It was time consuming but it worked. I went during a busy time, took note of everyone who was actively trolling others, and marked every one as "ignore" so they could not post on my threads. I "ignored" the limit... 500 people! Then I posted a bunch of quick nonsense threads, and if anyone replied, I either replied nicely, or just ignored them. For instance, I posted a thread "I like the Bible" and another "I am buying a flute" and "Inuyasha rules" and "Give me some gold" things like that. DO NOT post a "question" in the title, or it will invite people to answer. If someone responds rudely, or says "nice try" etc., don't answer them, just "ignore" them. (You can always reverse the ignoring later) Make three posts, wait. Make three posts, wait. Do that several times until you see a post go off the first page, and you should be okay.

Yes, I did have the misfortune of running in to him. I think it's terrible what people are doing to those trying to achieve the invisibility badge. I did it today finally, somehow. I had to ban 500 PEOPLE to get it accomplished, though *faint* Did you know that's the limit for "ignoring"..? Yup. I reached the Gaia limit on ignoring. LOL
