Like I said, the team I coach is so bad when it comes to fitness.
Can't even run for a popfly ball.
And you shall not quit unless I say otherwise!!

I make the girls on the team work hard, we start hell next week xd
I will force them to do what we did for Varsity, trust me, they won't like it.
You should run with the guy I have been running with for the past year or so, I got so much faster from him, fastest girl sprinter in my grade and some of the upper classmen xd

well there were soda machines on catalina island!
so i bought like sunkist
then i put it in my water bottle which was in my backpack
later on the ride home on a boat i opened my backpack
took off the lid...
then BAM
the soda exploded
it made a louddd noise o.o
it was awesome
then my gay friend alex screamed
and my other friends laughed at me
wow im ranting xD
but i want a ice cream float now P;

Okay, first:
1) Go to http://www.tektek.org/index.php[/ur]
2) Click on Gaia Profiles
3) Make sure you're thing is highlighted on Classic/Old School Profiles in the top left-hand corner
4) Click on one of the tabs and start searching around for a profile to edit and mess with, the back pages always have profiles that are easy to mess with.
5) If you don't like any of the styles they have posted, type in something at the "search" engine for the site that you like and look at some of the profiles that pop up.
6) If you find a profile you DO like, go then to http://gaiatools.com/ and go to the Major Tools Tab -> Profiles -> Profile Tester.
7) Paste the code you got from tektek into the Profile Tester box to the left to see what the profile will look like on the right. There are a number of codes in the skeleton, so you just have to fiddle around with each one until you figure out what each code goes for what ^^
cool If you want to get pictures, I use photobucket.com, that SHOULD help you ^^

It's a long set of instructions, I hope all goes well with making the profile!! ^^
By the way, HOW IS SAVITA!?!?!?!
