Weed is legal here throughout Canada. As long as +18 and have ID. You can pretty much buy it from a dispensary. Which sells it legally because they a license.

Yeeeah! We managed to chip away at the gunk stuck on its talons. It couldn't even fly because of it.
So as soon as we praised it, we released the pigeon on our balcony <3

And I'm doing good. Found a pigeon that couldn't walk. Because there's tons of pop over its talons. So me and my bf are helping it atm.
