There's an extent to that. I mean, it'd be worse for them to end up seeing you have a complete breakdown than it would be for you to just let people know something was bothering you.

You can, you just don't want to. It shouldn't take you to be in tears for you to be able to realize when something's bothering you, whether it's something minor or not doesn't matter, when something bothers you, just tell someone.
