You asked for someone to read the poem and make a comment, so I'm doing just that!
Marila, first off the poem is quite depressing, but you do hit on the emotional level and you do it well. You're too the point, which is good since most often poems are filled with metaphors or similes that can distort what you're meaning.
I think that the point where you really hit the emotions well are the lines "An empty shell shrouds me/but there are holes I can't repair/pain comes through/more than peace and care"
That right there is such a powerful statement. It embodies everything you talked about in the poem and clearly represents what you're feeling and what you've gone through.
In general, you did a great job!
