There's a difference between being a bully and being a murderer. Has he threatened to shoot you, kill you, or stab you? If he has, that's all the more reason to go to the police. Because, if you don't get a restraining order, what will stop him from doing it?

And like I said, you need to go to the police, especially since she's dating him, and if they're having sex, he can go to jail. I would mention if they're having sex or not to the police, that he's making sexual comments at you about your orientation, and he's threatning and harrassing you. Ask them to press charges and you'd like a restraining order. I suspect there is nothing but a bluff coming from him, and that if the police are involved, it will scare the crap out of him. Bullies are usually scared and insecure about authority, and if someone bigger and stronger comes to them and says, "this guy is pressing charges against you, and filing for a restraining order. Are you doing this? Are you saying this?" I bet it'll scare the s**t out of him. And it's best for you too, to get a restraining order and press charges! If your under 18, tell your legal guardian and tell them you're going to press charges, that he's harrassing you and making sexual comments, and that he's threatened to come after you and you want a restraining order. Then call the police and tell them the same thing. I can't stress how important this is!

That, is something you can press charges for, and get a restraining order. He threatened you, I would go to the police, tell them he's harassing you and threatened to come after you, and tell them you want a restraining order...is this in school? If so, tell the principle and go to the police. Then tell his girlfriend.

f*****t is a really dirty and offensive word for someone's choice of orientation. He must be racist.

I would tell your friend what he's doing, and tell him you never asked for his opinion, you're not interested in fighting him, and she's your friend and there's NOTHING his abusive, controlling a** can do about it. Tell him you'll be her friend even when he's gone...and I bet that will infuriate him!

Then just block his number/im/ignore him completely and tell the principle/police/his mom/whoever who can do something about it, because what he's doing is racist and it's sexual harassment if he's calling you racist, distasteful names like "f*****t". If it's online, it's cyber bullying, which is a crime. If it's offline, it's still sexual harassment. You might be able to press charges if you call the police, and that will get him to shut his face!
