I'm so sorry, hon sad Emotional abuse can get just as bad—mental health is just as important as physical health. I'm glad you're nowhere near him. Usually people who do that are physical abusers too. Glad you're safe and I'm happy you have a best friend who helped you through that s**t. That's never okay.
