You can be online whenever, I don't have to be online for you to gain the induction benefits, I meant to say.

I have to be online when you send me a friend request which is the first step of the induction process, other than that no you can be online whenever you like if im online (though im online most of the time jumping back and forth between my 2 characters, its the Wildlands PvP server. Also about the whole not having free time thing. once you get an Esper in the game, which is within the first 15 lvls which takes maybe less than an hour to get you can "invigorate" which will allow your character to grind and kill monsters without you having to do anything. So as long as the game is running and your computer is connected to the internet and you have enough health orbs your character will continue to kill monsters and gain experience. So, it comes in handy smile
