If you go to the trade link and type in the person's username it will bring up a screen that asks what you want to trade, if you change the little box with the number in it that is how much gold you would give click trade and tell them to just accept it...that's the only way I know of

You can do a trade for the gold, and you can give items to ppl by clicking on your avatar and then clicking on the item you want to give them then click the button that says you want to give as gift...I'm not sure about the cash one though
