there's no reason to once in awile take a vit b pill, especially if you had a lil much to drink the night before, because it helps you get rid of it,
vit, b3, 36, 38... So too much of vitamine B is not establisbanle! In fact, it. s not even a real vitamine, it's an enzym that creates suppliess from the other foods you eat. Yet no worries, drink 2 glasses of milk a week and you're good smile
