Well...
I had this feeling like I'd nothing to do... Very rare!!! At least for Thursdays.
I dislike thusdays. A lot. Too much to do. I leave home at 7AM and get home at 8PM. Funfunfun. ^^;

But it depends where you got stabbed at.

If you got stabbed near the neck, then yes you are lucky to have 20 seconds.
But...
If you got stabbed near your tailbone, then you probably have 5-10 minutes.

That would be great but I understand more than anyone how this whole ordeal has affected one of the parties involved. The 'shorter people' haven't noticed the changes taking place, unhealthy changes. Some involved haven't been honest about this situation in front of those who would step in, being fake and friendly until backs are turned, keeping them clueless. I'm glad you and Amanda have managed to work out your differences to some degree but for others it will take time. Its harder to pull a knife out of your back than to wipe off a little mud. smile
