Ah, how strange. I just got myself a wife, too. xD
I was a female, but... yeah. I drank the potion in Fairfax Castle.
There's a mausoleum in Knothole, off to the left of the first couple of buildings you see.
You just have to take a human sacrifice there. Simple enough. xD
