My dad and I went to a theatre and watched it being broadcast live. I got to skip one of my classes. =) It was really amazing being there, watching it with all those other people in the theatre, seeing and hearing their reactions, the cheering and wild applause when Obama was sworn in. My dad cried. I've NEVER seen him cry, not once in my whole fifteen years of existance. I cried, too. It was just such a beautiful moment. Probably one of the most important things that happened in my life, historically speaking. So have you read any good books lately?

It really worries me that you decided to smoke just to see what the fuss was about, especially if you don't approve of it, but I'll try not to lecture you about this. I'd also appreciate it if you wouldn't use the word "retarded", since it's insulting to my sister. On a lighter note, did you do anything for Inauguration Day?

Aw, you've still got snow there? I'm so sorry. It FINALLY cleared up around here about a couple weeks ago, and the sun's been out all week. It feels like spring is coming! ^_^ I hope winter's over soon for you. It get pretty miserable after a while, doesn't it?
