Oh, my Mom let me the first time back when I was 11. xp It was only really blonde highlights and she did them herself. >< One of her bestfriends was a hairstylist who owns her own salon now. >< So she knows how to cut and color hair very well. But I did my hair on my own. *Smiles proudly*
