To put it as simply as possible, it basically means...

No state, as in, no government, instead preferring to organize things in a more efficient fashion, if we feel the person managing us is doing something wrong, we pull him out, and put someone else there, if we want to.
And instead of capitalism, and working for a living, people would be free to do what they want, once the communitie's needs have been satisfied, such as having sufficient food for everyone, everyone can work on what they want.

You really have to read on it to get a real understanding of it, what I said isn't completely accurate, because it involves deeper issues than just what I've said.
