Phones aren't too bad. They're still pretty popular and what not. Everyone uses them and there's always something new and better coming out.

It's funny that you would mention tech support. That's where I'm hoping to go in about 6months when I move up to Advocate stage. I've gotten a lot of troubleshooting calls and I've spent enough time with trying to fix problems that it seems like it's a sign for me to go there.

Well 99% of the time, the customers call us. Usually to fix a problem with their phone or complaining that their bill is too high. For me mostly, the anxiety is coming due to the fact that this is my last week in transition before I start my real schedule and only feel semi ready.

Now I'm hungry for pizza

I feel like that too. Most mornings I have to take a calming pill to keep it in check with my job. I work at a call center and I'm all in transition and trying to keep or get my numbers up and it's a pain all around.

Just take a few deep breathes and try to rake it one minute at a time. What kind of work are you doing now, if you don't mind me asking?
