I had been in therapy since I was 6 or 7. first it was depression then adhd then bipolar then depression again.
My grandparents and mother unknowingly forced me to take any medication the doctor gave me.
Then when I was 12 or 13, I had a complete mental breakdown (my first "episode" wink and got sent to a "clinic" because the school I was attending at the time freaked out and threatened to sue my mother if I didn't go. (Talk about a school being too involved with it's students. rolleyes }
The therapist I saw there helped me a lot. We figured out a lot of things that I had repressed. She recommended me to the therapist that diagnosed me with BPD.
....And I just totally forgot what else I was going to say. xd

Correct.
And She does NOT have it.
She has only seen that therapist four times, and they have the gall to just throw a diagnoses like that at her.
I saw a therapist for 6 YEARS before he even suggested that I MIGHT have it! (Funny story, turns out I do rolleyes but I have come to terms with it and it rarely incapacitates me anymore. Thats why Im so mad about my friend being diagnosed with it.)
I kept telling my friend that she couldnt take that diagnoses seriously but shes been practically FLAUNTING it!
She says things like "Hahaha I'm legally insane now!" or will talk so candidly about how her mother didnt love her and beat her daily.
I'm sorry but when your 13yrold daughter gets brought home by the cops because she was smoking an illegal substance outside of a middle school wearing only an inch of fabric as clothing, I believe said daughter deserves to be b-slapped. And one time does not equal daily rolleyes
She's just a sad, spoiled little brat who has been brought up as a sex-crazed, irresponsible prep with a need to stand-out from other people in order to feel special.

I keep thinking about how this therapist diagnosed my friend with BPD and it keeps making me upset.
