Pretty much. Well, I'd say the true gaians all left 'cause they were either unfairly banned or realized the shithole Gaia's quickly becoming is inevitable and didn't want to wind up with anything unecessary hitting their faces.

I totally agree. Half the time, nowadays, I'm in a room either alone or without anyone I know, and I manage to have myself a wonderful time.

Gaia used to be pretty cool when I first joined, now all I see are lazy people who don't want to work for anything and people have a fun time starting arguments and putting people down for amusement and cybering because they think it's cool. For now, I think it's better that we stick to ourselves anyway.

I agree. Personally, I'd rather be alone than risk, trying to friend people just to run into a bunch of people who drop my self esteem to nil. Yeah, I know the self esteem bit; on the profiles of one of the people who kept stalking me and bothering me 'cause it was "fun", she had a picture up, and let me tell you, I'd be surprised if she considered herself pretty on the outside. I'll leave it at that. I know all about how people be mean to others to increase their own self esteem. I used to do it in elementary school. I'd say 75% of the people on Gaia are idiots, 24% are rude intelligent people who think they're better than everyone else, and the remaining 1% are the people you'd actually want to befriend.

I know how that is. It makes me wary of adding people to my friends list. Out of all the people that I put on my friends list, those who knew me under Aethail are the ones that still talk to me, except for one or two. Everyone else. When the heck was the last time they signed online? O.o

I'm completely serious. It's not fun having a friend who occasionally has bad mood swings that happen to include them going "Lolz! Your mom is dead! Haha!" or running into people who enter your room just badger you with a "your mom" joke. I wish I knew why they were all being bitchy to me. Personally, it's drove me to staying quiet when someone who's not someone I know is in the room or using passworded rooms.

Well, don't worry about talking to people on this site. It seems that they've gotten more and more rude to each other, perverted too. They also whine much more and I'm not only saying that 'cause I've been hanging out in the site feedback forum. People have become so rude, I think a dev got so pissed, they cussed a thread out talking about how disrespectful people were being towards their work, or something like that.

Ack! And shame on your friends. They should talk to you more!
