Just look them up in the guild search and read what it says on the first page and follow what the directioins say then you'll be fine. (Sereitei)
For Shinobi yochi I think you just click the join and wait for someone to accept, I was invited so Idk...

You shouldn't be it's too mucch fun...I'm in two guilds that RP..
The Sereitei: Guild Captain is DavenMoto
Shinobi Yochi: Guild Captain is Silk
The sereitei is a really active bleach guild, its lots of fun and we're currently in a really busy arc...My chara is an arrancar!! >< She's super nice though
and Shinobi Yochi is a Naruto guild, busy but only has a few people. My chara is a Hyuuga and is in Sound...Oh! Cool huh?
The bleach guild is a literate guild so, grammar and proper spelling is smiled upon...but they have helpers that can help you out.
And the Naruto guild is semi-literate meaning they arn't as tense abou literacy but they want it undersatndable, like ** for actions are okay but for the Sereitei they arn't
But I'm a literate RPer, though I just started public RPing in December I think...So yeah I'm new you should join too..

Than stay in the farm and stay in the DMP (dead ma's pass) and kill the laceback and suff till you level up....here's what I did...like ranking of levels in places
Barton and towns are easy=>Village Greens=>Farm=>DMP=>Zen Gardens=>Bassken..
