When I meant colours leaking I mean when using the airbrush because you can't really control the range too well.

Yes, I did draw that on MSPaint. :3
For the shading I use the tool called the airbrush. When I shade I sometimes alternate between the shade I'm using with the airbrush and the shade I'm airbrushing on, because sometimes the pixels come out too dense for my liking, and it does help with a somewhat smoother look.
Most of the time some colour does leak out of your lineart so you have to go over it again when you're done. (or you could copy your lineart when you haven't started colouring and add if back on when you're done.)

well right now i have walkers, kokeshi, bladed, turtles in mine
the walkers and turtles don't glow enough for me
so i am planning on putting just kokeshi and cooks in there ;p
