Once leveled the only things that will give it issue are trees, Sakura Pegacorns, and spirited Embers.

No, Kitsune does not evolve. Only the 4 starters (and their recolors), Pumpae, Crias, that I know of evolve.

I'm not sure what all affects drops. But if I had to guess, I'd say it's a flat percentage chance.

I've been playing stages 3 and 5 all night, alternating. And nothing. Though they are dropping for other folks. Guess it's bad luck on the RNG. Kin labeled "Ghost" for some reason right now aren't dropping.
