You have to have a back up plan when going in to an industry such as that.
There is no guarantee people will even think twice about your sounds.
Or if you want to produce or manage, that is also iffy.
Go into psychology or something as a plan B.
Something to fall back on.
Just like how I'm an Art major with a minor in Physics.
No one has to like my art at all. And if they don't then I'll always have astrophysics to fall back on.
Otherwise you'll be homeless.

Depends on what you want to go into.
Math/science and English are very important.
History is also very important.
No body wants to repeat the same mistake over and over.
What's the point of that when learning it the first time is so much easier.
