Oh I know, I feel terrible about thinking the worst of people but it really can't be helped... ><



I wouldn't know, but I've been hearing around that it was really awesome here in 04 and before..



I probably never told you my goal, so here it is.

My goal is to make my av look super awesome (without cheating/scamming/hacking/lying/begging and whatnot, like most) and become the icon for a hardworking, generous Gaian. Just to show the masses how if one stops complaining and cheating their way up, you truly can be successful on Gaia (and in life).

And with that, we have another thing in common.

I absolutely LOATHE people who make begging threads!

And I too donate randomly to people with quest threads and random questers in the forums.

Though, when I donate, I watch them for a bit to make sure they aren't fakers of some sort.



There are some people out there that delete all their information on the profiles and take all the clothes off their avies just so people think they're hacked, since its so gosh darn common. ><



Ughhhh. *Frustration*



And I'm pretty sure if I were in your shoes, I'd be the same way with my inventory. Though, if it were me, I'd be all for donating most of it after a period of time of them collecting dust. I've already done that with a phoenix circlet lol.

I don't understand that factor either!



I mean. I have a coco, and many people want one, but its more fun to have raised the gold yourself (with optional generous donations) and buy it rather than trade someone for it and then mock others for not having it. Because, to be honest, once you have something you've quested for a long period of time, in about a week, its already old and bothersome. (At least thats how it is with me)



I tend to get upset after wasting my time seeking for pixels whenever this is just a place for friends and forums with the side perk of an avatar. People take the whole goal out of proportion and think thats what its all about. (But am I wrong?)

My theory is that with friends, opportunity & success will follow. ^^

Especially through all the hard times, how will a pile of money help you in an emotional crisis? (that being an example lol)
