Is pudding a lot like jello or is it sort of like a viscous, thick, creamy syrup thingy? I'm not exactly sure.

Fanime, you going in costume or something? And is there a plan or are you just going to get there and go nuts?
Ahhh, prom. I'll never forget that experience! Actually, I didn't go but I'm sure it would've been really memorable if I had. I heard the girl I had a crush on for a pathetically long time went alone.
I hope you a lovely time at both beforehand...you know, in case I don't see ya. Oh and your dress that may or not already be picked out and I can totally not see looks lovely, ravishing, etc.

I'm having quite a few problems. Hardware related, the speakers hooked up to the tv in my room are busted and the light in my projector burned out. My health is kind of diminishing and I've some terrible mistakes due to error in judgement.
The good news is that the whiskey works. Oh and I've been getting really good at newspaper crossword puzzles. I also finished Castlevania Lords of Shadow.

Hey, are you comparing me and others to pudding? I like pudding! But still, that's a no-no.

So what's new with you?

Hey, that's okay. Me too.

I'm grateful for that. I don't like being called cute or soft from guys or girls.

I think I'll just call music and literature as I see it.

But I'm sure the graphite or lead in that thing knew what for!
But what made you want to break a pen/pencil?

And happy holidays to you too.

What was true? What I said or what my pally said?

That's too much. I'm usually a stickler for attention to detail but I don't really know it well enough to say I guess.

Have you ever broken anything in frustration? I haven't but I've heard of such cases.

Well, what is a compliment really? It's really a matter of point of view isn't it? Some ppl may actually consider it a compliment to be called evil or despicable. My best friend also called me a big softy! mad Grrr

But what if it wasn't Korean and still incorporated manga-ish style and was produced in America or whatnot? I think comic is the universal term. But some purists stick with the terms and others just go along with it. It's really confusing when ppl are trying to brand stuff...like music. What's the difference between Electro, Techno and Dance or Eurodance? Hell if I know. rolleyes

Forgot what you were saying? Don't worry, happens to me all the time.

Yeah. But some of the older games are known for their brutal difficulty. I don't think that's been a problem recently but expect some challenge if you intend to try.

I didn't really take that seriously though. Honestly, how could I ever take something my parents have already said at face value?

Man, all of your fancy terms. But manga is just Japanese for comic book, does reading l to r or r to l really change the fact that it's just a comic? Sure, an English speaking person woud say manga and comic but would a Japanese speaking person do the same? Or maybe I'm reading too deeply into this.

Do I like what so far?

Sure, it's a franchise just like the Zelda games. Although not as big or popular. The time line is a bit confusing too with a lot of game releases and everything. But each individual game is enjoyable sorta like Final Fantasy. And most FF sequels don't really follow one another.

No, my glasses kinda broke and I never got around to getting them fixed. Some girl in Japanese class said I'm handsome without my glasses and that embarrassed me a lil.

Uh, you didn't. I kinda guessed that's what it'd stand for.
It was printed online and it's in english. Plus it's read from left to right. It's said to be funny and still counts as manga because of the art I guess.

Watching it. Don't tell anybody about that.

Should be. This'll be the umpteenth time watching it.

It's kind of like Metal Gear, it starts off with a protagonist and than it changes around a lot later on. The last guy's name is Leon Belmont. The most recent game starred Gabriel Belmont. But the absolute first protagonist is Simon Belmont. My avi is modeled after Richter a bit as I told you earlier. But Castlevania Lords of Shadow is a reboot so ppl new to the franchise can pick it up.

Yeah, but I can't read things that are far off like lecture notes or anything.

Togainu No Chi? Haven't heard of it. Will check it out and what's BL?
Friend wants me to check out Megatokyo.

And I hate to admit it but I got a little teary eyed during some of FB.

Sarcastic smile okay? rolleyes

Was kinda up for it, but I'm working on Halloween. I'll probably watch a zombie movie again.

I think that last guy was a Belmont on the PS2 console.

I can only name the first three, Richter Belmont, Alucard and Simon Belmont.
Believe me when I say there have been waaaay more protagonists than this.

I bought a few animes on DVD, and I don't really like dubs either but my glasses are broken so I don't wanna strain my eyes for the subs. I haven't gotten around to getting them fixed.

Well, the anime tend to do a few things different and are a bit shorter than the manga. It's like trying to fit several years of books into a movie, it just can't be done without leaving something out. Plus if you enjoy it enough, there's no harm and it's neat to see what's different between them. But if I read something and than watch it, I don't think I'd be giving the anime fair chance because they might have changed things.

Yeah, I like it when he becomes Black Haru. Kyo is good too, he got the worse of the curse.

There is?
I don't even like smiling in public, I get embarrassed and closed my eyes and face down.

Oooh, at night, lights off and alone. That's the best for horror.

Yes, basically. The protagonist changes a lot. It used to be primarily the Belmonts, notable family line of vampire killers, I'll send an image.

I watched some online, it was good. Probably get the DVD box sets later.

Both I read it after watching. I sorta just found a tape of it and watched it and liked it so I searched for the rest of the eps somehow. I liked Haru and Hatori even though they weren't in it much.

But I'm quiet, I can't really see the reason why they'd want to talk to me.

Yeah, when I was young I'd hate them but now they're fine with me, just like horror movies.

It's about stopping Dracula from taking over the world of man, basically.

I don't keep up with anime much either, and I don't really pay attention to popular ones my friends recommend. I just go for ones that interest me like FMA even though I never actually really watched too much of it.

Yeah, I know it's kind of meant for girls with the romance and pretty boys. But it's pretty funny and charming anyhow so yeah I like it.
I don't have too many guy friends, but one whose really into manga I think likes FB too.

True, but they really bring life and energy to wherever they go...well, the nice ones anyway. Loud ppl can be jerks too. I guess that's what you're getting at?

Dreams are just more exciting to me. Like the one where this serial killer chased me all over America. Sure scary, but still thrilling.

I'm just an amateur compared to some I know.

Adventure and action. It's pretty Gothic. I should send you some music or more character art later.

Wow, you really do know a lot. You out-Otaku'd me. I really did like School Rumble though, that and Fruits Basket. I don' really remember all of the anime I've watched either.

They just know me as the quiet guy.

Yeah, I've forgotten a few recent ones. But they all had stories. I like all my dreams more than my real life, even the bad dreams.

I did a lot handiwork back than, I'm moving to machinery. I'm hoping I can learn to take apart and build a computer some day.

He's my favourite of the Belmonts for some reason. Castlevania is great for atmosphere and challenge.

It's true there is a lot. Are you more into the romantic comedies like School Rumble or actiony stuff?

I hang with ppl but all of them are socialites and I'm the shy one.

But I remember a lot of nightmares, like when I had a bunk bed with my brother (I had top), the floor was like a portal where the dead came from hell to try and bring me there.

Yeah, and I used to do a lot of sewing and beading when I was a kid, so these fingers are lethal weapons, they are.

Yeah, Richter Belmont-ish. Castlevania character, I'll send you a picture in a different post.

Yeah, it must be the fan girl/boy effect. So what anime do you like?

But I'd like a mask. I can talk and stuff, I've just never done it formally. Were you ever as shy as I am? confused

Dreams, the ultimate form of escapism. 4laugh

I'm a gamer so I have excellent fingers, so look out! cool

Eh, wasn't going for cute but thank you. 3nodding

If I keep talking about these games, I'll end up playing them all again and never get to finish the games I already started. emo

That's like me. When a girl stares at me, I'd notice and the eye contact would weird me out and than I'd pretend not to notice and slightly look away or off to the side, than I'd notice she was still staring at me. gonk That's why I really gotta get a mask for life. And whenever I have a presentation...that's tough. But you seem to have gotten used to it? Good for you.

A lot of them are nightmares though. Some are violent, graphic and quite a few of them, I'm pretty sure I die or get it.
Well there was this one dream where I fell in love with what seems to be my dream girl, and than giants came and deetroyed the world and killed her. I was left alone, bitterly trying to get revenge but I think I was crushed and eaten.

Yes, but my legs do it more often than. I try to walk with them sometimes and ppl think I'm drunk.

Yeah, and when we look around, it always seems that someone's always got it together better, but that's a one-sided view I suppose.

Is that a challenge?

Yep, Beyond Good & Evil, Shadow of the Colossus. They feel like art, especially the Shadow. Other games that are faves though, just give me my fix of geekitude.
Love Castlevania, hence the cos play, Megaman, etc.

I'm just not comfortable with myself. It's just I keep getting stared at and it bothers me a little. I think some girls in my Jap class took pictures of me. I really want to live life behind a mask. I don't like being stared at, it's probably an anti-socialish, lonery thing.

Not as weird as some of my dreams, but I heartily agree. heart

Yeah, that sounds like me. Except, I like watching DVDs and having private little movie marathons.

Thanks, even if someone was only saying that, it still feels nice.

That's a tad to the extremes. eek I usually poke ppl back if they do that. cool

There are plenty of games that had great moments, left me with good feelings. My favourites are the ones that felt right beginning to end. And it makes it so that it's hard to forget.

Yeah, I do like taking pictures of everything, places, ppl but not of me though.

I dunno, I'd probably faint. It doesn't happen too often but it still does though. I woke up on the sofa the other day and I can't remember how I got there. ?_?

I never forget the classics, ones like Tom & Jerry or Looney Tunes, I'm pretty sure I didn't watch those on Saturday mornings though. Do u still watch anything on TV?

You do. I just can't help but feel that life is playing a series of practical jokes on me. User Image

Is it just my luck? Because the ppl who usually find out about that seem to share your feelings. User Image
