I have an a** ton of work out dvds >>
I would give them to you if i could xD They;re fun. I hated going to the gym >>; they're all...girl workout dvds though ^^;

Hm. Well, I know that for the back, since I used to be a workout fiend, cardio is the only true thing that'll help with that.
I have a lot of toning exercises that help with that area. Rowing is excellent. It does wonders :3
Google some exercises & you'll find a ton. Promise :]
Or I could give you some sites.

Hun, that's not that bad. Really.
You can lose that. Simple workouts = amazing. it'll work.
Don't let it consume you though. It's a minor issue, really. Don't let it get so you down.
