But I haven't done anything wrong, which is the problem and why your comments could be seen as harassment. Not to mention they were also insulting.
There are stickies, which I suggest you read, that inform you of the rules all over the site...as was as the ToS.
Please familiarize yourself with the rules before you continue to try and "inform" people.

I already knew about that rule but of course you should of known that I was not trying threaten you but inform you of what you had done wrong 3nodding

If I do not inform you then you would not know about those rules and may break more rules in the future 3nodding
A information comment does not fall under trolling or a treat or should I of said "This comment contains information about the rules which you should know about since you have broken them"

I was only trying to inform you about rule information which all users must of course know about.
If I do not inform the users about the rules then who will?
Mod messages normally do not have alot of information in them and sometimes are automatic messages.
It is much better for a user to see my rule information comment then a mod since at least as I will quote the rules and where to find them, along with saying information which goes along with what you have broken.

So you see, I did not break any rules at all and was not trolling.
I was just giving information for your own good smile 3nodding

You do realize that comments like that are against the rules right? And so is telling people you're going to report them, it counts as a threat which falls under trolling.
You know probably should get to know the rules better before you go telling people what they are ^v^
