Sometimes, but they can be easily overwhelming, which is why I have a high distaste for them. Not to mention the people who play them are usually ignorant jerks. ((sorry if I sound too mean))

Interesting. I've always loved the lower brass and woodwinds myself; the higher stuff gives me a headache. And percussion; I hate percussion (with the exception of tympany)
