How is my Friend doing? eek
I am elated at the prospect of working for a branch of the Hospital here. rofl
I have gained some genuine attention where it was doubtful
they would open a position to outsiders.However, I was given inside info
same day that someone walked off the job due to personal problems (like drugs).
So I went stopped by with Resume, Employee Report, & a recommendation in tow and introduced myself.
I left my info and returned the next day and met the Assistant Administrator who by the 3rd contact said
If He made the choice He would create a position for me! He shared with His Director and there is interest.....
I'm saying my prayers! A 20 hour week would give me enough that part-time wouldn't hurt me financially and
I would have enough time to take care of my 80 yr old mother and develop my Art Business more!! The pay and benefits
are excellent and the environment is very positive. I've never have heard anything but positive reports from employees.
It would be a GOD-Send as I have been so Spoiled to working with such an excellent team of people.Our Library was the
jealousy of other Librarians. It was such a Fun group to work with....If you are a Prayin' man please say one for me.
God hears the sincere heart of a righteous man....By the way, I've been meaning to say I like Nickelback. Have you heard
of "Burlap To Cashmere"? They have a kind'a Simon & Garfunkle sound if you are familiar at all with 70's-80's music.
Anyway, you might like it. It is Christian World Music - sounds kind'a Bohemian / South American.
..........So do you like the new changes in Gaia? Are you looking forward to the new Manga Format?
How are things in your part of the world? Ours has been a fry oven in the 100's but cooler weather is coming tonight
and the rest of the week should be in the 70's. cool
