[Yes it should. Seeing how his bullets are Adamantium be careful. Try not to get him by them, they will reduce you to swiss cheese. Seriously. What I can recommend for you is that you try to disable the sniper from him. Seeing how it is a sniper, that means it's fire power won't be that of a machine gun. He will have a clip from probably 1-4 bullets per mag. And if you do find your self in a pickle, call in H.A.M.M.E.R. troops. You have a army of men on gliders with pumpkin grenades along with jets.]

*If you have your helmet on it should easily deflect it. Iron Man's armor is made to with stand bullet ranging from any type. Let him hit you with a bullet everynow and then, just not in a high velocity. And that is a IF on his armor. The Iron Patriot has a built in EMP which he used against his fight with Spider Man. If Iron Man is around get a telepath to probe his mind.*
