Not to butt in, but I was also curious about Mok and was able to find where he's from. Nelvana Animation produced a movie called "Rock and Rule," where Mok is the main villain. Apparently, it didn't do very in the US... Shame, the animation on his face is pretty good.

The dude in my sig is from some canadian music AMV short. I can't recall the name of it, but the dude in my sig is called "Mok".
