Ah, its okay. They would fall under Gazerock/Visual Kei/J-rock. Its more of a dangerous thing to approach j-rock/Visual Kei. Its like metal meets rock, with big hair and men who look like girls. o.o;
Yeah, Gackt has that low voice, and most sing up high. That's what sets Gackt apart from most singers, and makes him sound cool. Ruki normally sings in a lower tone for dark songs such as these. But, that's just because he's got great versatility, and intonation.
