A master's degree is more about just not quitting. Truly, I believe that is the case. I only took 2 courses a semester during my masters and did not work the same time. Most people have full time jobs & go for their masters. THAT'S VERY HARD because of time management & life issues.



I wish I had gotten my master's in criminal justice or a more job applicable degree area. Even social work would have been a better decision. Criminal justice, social work and child advocacy are all areas that a person would have a career opportunity after graduation rather than a need for a PhD and a possible job in a university setting.
